Are you needing help in your studies of Greek? Are you stuck in a rut? Then 1 on 1 coaching through BMA is the answer. I have used this option and have been deeply blessed and enriched by my coaching with #Neil. I can't recommend this enough. It has helped me to better understand participles and get a handle on them. #Neil has been patient in explaining things so I can understand and put what I learn into practice. When you sign up for 1 to 1 coaching you get 12 hours of individual instruction, one hour each week and you decide on what the topic you are discussing. I got behind just about the time the group I was following hit participles and I felt lost, but I kept going until it was done. The coaching made a huge difference and helped tremendously. Sadly this morning my personal coaching time with Neil came to an end. The mornings I’ve spent with Neil going through the Reading Course have been such a tremendous blessing. It was well worth the price of admission.!!! The obvious things are getting the personal insights into the Greek text. Certainly parsing words, categorizing genitives, participles, infinitives, exploring the usage of idioms and the like are a part of the course. But I can’t underestimate the joy that was mine of walking through the text of Scripture, mining out certain details, enjoying the discussion of contextual background and the like with someone not only as skilled as Neil but a dear brother and friend. While my personal coaching time in the Reading Course has ended it really is only the beginning of the journey to understanding Greek. It was my pleasure and privilege to meet with Neil and develop what I trust will be a lifelong friendship as we both continue to grow in our understanding of the Word and to care for, pray for, encourage and motivate each other to be more like our Lord Jesus. I heartily recommend if any one have the time, energy and resources, to consider this valuable asset we have in BMA.

How does it work?

Our coaching pairs you with one of our certified instructors for 1:1 calls over the duration of the 12 weeks.

You’ll start by filling in a background form to tell us your goals and expectations.

Your first call will explore your goals, dig deeper into your progress and needs, and provide a plan for the 12 weeks. You’ll also determine a regular time that works for the two of you at this point.

Each week, you’ll have a Zoom call with your coach where you’ll work together and discuss anything you need help with.
